READ MOREPulse Realty Software Announces Integration with LoneWolfOn March 16th, 2010, Pulse Realty Software announced it will begin to offer integration with LoneWolf, the leading accounting software for real estate agencies. The companies expect the integration to be complete by the end of second quarter 2010. READ MORE Modern Broker to Implement Pulse On February 3rd, Modern Broker and Pulse Realty Software entered an agreement to implement Pulse. The agreement marks several firsts for Pulse Realty Software. Modern Broker is the first independent agency to install Pulse. In another departure, the two companies will implement the software without the standard business process assessment trips typically used to begin set-up of Pulse. The business relationship is also unique in that Modern Broker found Pulse Realty Software through Inman News, an online real estate newsletter. READ MORE Pulse Begins Upgrades to 3.0 On January 18, 2010, Pulse Realty Software completed an upgrade of Pulse from 2.0 to 3.0 for Waterfield SIR. The new version of Pulse is compliant with all browsers and introduces countless features and benefits. With 3.0, users are able to move information from desktop to desktop using true business automation concepts. In addition, Pulse is able to automate processes for all aspects of the business including processes not directly related to a particular transaction. READ MORE High Mountain SIR Implements Pulse and the Pulse Agency Website On December 21, 2009, High Mountain Sothebys International Realty re-implement Pulse and add the Pulse Agency Website. An early adopter of Pulse, High Mountain suspended use of the product during 2009 as it changed ownership. Ted Hoffman, the new President of High Mountain, revisited Pulse at the SIR Leadership Forum in NJ in October. READ MOREPulse Realty Software Featured at the Real Trends Technology Expo On September 29, Pulse Realty Software was featured at the Real Trends Technology expo in Dallas, Texas. Real Trends led by Steve Murray is a real estate industry leader in research and consulting. The Real Trends fall conference focuses on leading technology in the real estate industry. Expo participants are selected by the Real Trends staff and attendance is by invitation only. Pulse Realty Softwares primary product is Pulse, an enterprise management software product built specifically for full service real estate companies. Signature implemented 107 agents. Waterfield implemented 15 agents. Pulse Realty Software's Pulse is active in four states, 12 locations for 215 agents. The two companies software packages will interface synergistically to reduce redundant data entry to process a real estate buying or selling transaction. The integration is scheduled to be active in 3rd Qtr. 2008. READ MORE03/08 Pulse Purchases HeLM from Henderson Sotheby's International RealtyOn March 15th, 2008, Pulse Realty Software will acquire HeLM from Henderson Sotheby's International Realty of Princeton, NJ. HeLM is proprietary software built by Henderson Sotheby's International Realty which manages front office activities for active real estate listings. Pulse Realty Software and Henderson expect the deal to close in 3rd Qtr 2008. Henderson will implement all Pulse modules in the 2nd Qtr of 2008. READ MORE
